Asparagus and Ham Frittata

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheese of choice
- 2/3 cup chopped ham
- ½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 14 asparagus spears, trimmed and blanched in boiling water for 2 minutes
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in the cheese, ham, and tomato. Pour into your 10” round USA Pan cake pan and arrange the asparagus on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes and then cut into wedges to serve. Enjoy!!
