• Half sheet pan is made of natural aluminum, which offers superior heat conductivity so everything you bake turns out perfectly browned every time. A reinforced, encapsulated rim prevents warping and offers lifetime durability. Metal utensils may scratch but will not affect the baking performance of sheet pan.
• Silicone mat is BPA-free and melamine-free, and oven-safe to 400°F. Don’t use as a cutting mat.
