Use:
• Before first use and after each use, hand wash in warm, soapy water. Do not soak for extended periods of time.
• Before each use, coat inside of pan with butter or shortening, then dust and coat with flour or cocoa. You can use baking spray with flour, but not other kinds of baking spray
• Avoid overflow by filling no more than 3/4 full
• Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners with this pan
