This Fat Daddios 9″ Springform Pan is made from extremely strong anodized aluminum. This material will not allow food to be discolored or leech materials from the pan, as the anodizing process makes it impossible for the raw aluminum to pass onto your food. Since the anodized aluminum is a slicker surface it is still recommended that you grease the pan. All pans are recommended hand-wash only.
